Steps to reproduce
Use Case 1:
Install "VLC" application in target. Comamnd: "flatpak install flathub org.videolan.VLC"
On the agl-compositor click on the menu icon
Launch "VLC" app and play any video file
Without closing "VLC" app, Launch "Videos" app and play any video file
Verify whether audio is reduced in "VLC" app but still progress bar is moving and video is playing.
Once the "Videos"(totem) app is closed, verify whether audio is restored to normal in "VLC" app.
Use Case 2:
On the agl-compositor click on the menu icon
Launch "Videos" app and play any video file
Without closing "Videos" app, Launch "VLC" app and play any video file
Verify whether audio is reduced in "Videos" app but still progress bar is moving and video is playing.
Once the "VLC" app is closed, verify whether audio is restored to normal in "Videos" app.
Expected result
Audio management Behavior should be same for any order of application launching.
Actual result
Use case 1: Focused VLC application is playing with audio and video successfully.
Use case 2: Focused "Totem" app is frozen.
