Modify OBS repository metadata - T9109
Modify OBS repository meta config and append it with extra project attributes
This change also moves away from hardcoding a meta config template.
Having a hardcoded template was incorrect because we can have different
repositories with different attributes. For exmaple, the sdk repository,
where we only support the x86 architecture.
