uefi-image: use systemd-boot instead of gummiboot · c222287a

Do not need to install package `gimmiboot` since systemd-boot has
support of EFI configurtion.
Added kernel command line to `filesystem-deploy` action for proper
generation of `/ets/kernel/cmdline` file.
