Resize system partition for HMI UEFI

UEFI systems install kernel in the system partition instead of in a different one, consuming extra space. To allow newer kernels to be installed increase the size of this partition for HMI image which is very tight.

This may not be necessary, there was a bug in 6.12.3-1 leading to non-compressed modules and then a bigger kernel (see #1089515), this is now fixed in Debian. But I guess it doesn't hurt to increase the size anyway.
