Fix ostree-push options

The version of ostree-push in v2023 does not support the -o option. The port is provided by the crafted 'ssh' command variable instead.

@wlozano The pipeline for v2023 failed. It is so because the adaptation from v2024 do not related to v2023 for ostree-push as the version in v2023 is old.
