Drop xauth and xwayland from HMI images

Sjoerd Simons requested to merge sjoerd/wlozano-simple into apertis/v2024dev2

Packages xauth and xwayland are only useful in the case of running X applications, which is not expected at this point in time for target images. Additionally xwayland requires libtirpc3 which has licenses issues.

For these reasons, drop them from HMI images.
