Enable signature verification for Apertis Flatpak apps

Signature of Flatpak apps and runtimes generated by Apertis has been implemented and should now be enforced on images. This commit makes sure the corresponding public ED25519 key is installed by default on all our images and used for verifying the demo apps when bundling them.
