minimal: Add libglib2.0-bin package

libglib2.0-bin contains misc utilities that are likely to be going to be needed on HMI images (for instance glib-compile-schemas), so worth adding it for gdbus tests even if we have busctl.

This same approach was used in e8dee438 for target images.
