gitlab-ci: Build apt target uboot images for arm64

Recently, imx8mn-var-som board has been added to Apertis, which has a uboot bootloader installer image being built. This board comes with an HMI, so it makes sense to have the APT uboot image being build for arm64 with the target ospack.
