basesdk,sdk,target: Add ofono and libglib2.0-bin

libglib2.0-bin contains misc utilities that are likely to be going to be needed on HMI images (for instance glib-compile-schemas), so worth adding it for gdbus tests even if we have busctl.

ofono is currently covered in the Connectivity: Bluetooth Support concept, and therefore requested for HMI images, even though it is outdated and PipeWire native support should be sufficient for HFP.
