gitlab-ci: Fix the image URLs in the sysroot metadata and LAVA jobs

The $image_url_prefix variable got renamed to $IMAGE_URL_PREFIX when we introduced the dotenv to pass variable across jobs, but some places didn't get updated, so let fix them now.
