scripts: Protect resolv.conf from changes by systemd-nspawn

systemd-nspawn set own resolv.conf configuration during UEFI bootloader setup and this configuration became the part of the final image. Since we are using the Connman for the name management we end with incorrect default configuration in resolv.conf.
