media: Bind mount to /run/media

At the moment we mount a tmpfs on /media to prevent flash wear on APT images and to make the location actually writable on the OSTree ones.

However, on the OSTree images we are already creating /run/media for the same purpose, so enable it on all images and make /media be a bind mount to it.
