Enable rhosydd package distribution on SDK and HMI

Vehicle daemon provides the interfaces for application to develop the
appby using real world vehicle data.
-	Listing all the connected sensor and actuator to the device
-	Subscribe any specific vehicle data
-	Monitor all the vehicle data
-	Mock backend to simulate all the data
