New versions of meson install by default libs into lib/ instead of only lib/.
ee40e2ce restores the previous behavior by installing libs into libs/. Not sure if it is a good practice for flatpak.
The other commit fd091218 backports an upstream change to fix compatibility with meson 0.60+
