Enable automatic ED25519 signatures

This MR enables automatic signature of Flatpak applications and runtimes using ED25519.

It also includes a few improvements to the CI pipeline:

• auto-generates a .flatpakrepo file
• changes the per-branch repo location so it stays consistent with how WIP branches are handled in other Apertis projects
• makes sure artifacts aren't kept for longer than needed
