flatdeb-builder: Drop unused copy of the GPG key for the archive

The archive GPG key is used is when creating the base rootfs, derived images flatdeb-builder already inherit it automatically, so drop the useless copies.

There's a copy in image-builder as well, but it is used by the test recipe.
