Update aptly docker image in Apertis Prod

Pablo Vigo Mas requested to merge wip/pvigo/update-aptly-production-image into main

The latest version of the Aptly Docker image was only available in the test registry. After implementing the changes in the collabora/production branch, the image is now in the production registry and ready to use.
