aptly: Add image repository inventory value for testing on staging

For the staging deployment we may want to test the non-production aptly images hosted from the aptly/test image repository subpath instead of the main one, so let's derive that from the inventory.

Extracted from !77 (merged) (with some adjustments) to avoid blocking on the other changes.
