aptly: update instances in Production

Pablo Vigo Mas requested to merge wip/pvigo/upadate-aptly-pro into main

Changelog:

  • Add extravolumes to Helm Chart
  • aptly: Make sure directory URLs always have a trailing slash
  • Use Apache instead of nginx to serve our static repo files
