Grafana: upgrade version

It's necessary to update Grafana to incorporate the latest improvements and also as a prerequisite for updating in other environments.

To conduct version testing across different clusters, it is necessary to create variables in the inventory file to specify the versions of Helm charts to deploy in each environment.
