Document the reference touchscreen for the SABRE Lite

The touchscreen we currently use is the one shown in the i.MX6 SABRE Lite picture, the HannStar HSD100PXN1-A00-C11.

However, any LVDS display compatible with the Boundary Devices Nitrogen6 board should work, so point to the dedicated page on the Boundary Devices website.
