Let users type immediately when opening the search box, rather than
requiring them to also click on the input field.

Format our custom JavaScript code to make working on it easier. If we
really need minification it should be done as a processing step when
building the site.

We moved to the new Apertis theme so let's drop the old one based on
Beautiful Hugo to avoid misleading people to the wrong files.
