Adding minimal expected Apertis kernel configuration

Here's my attempt to create a minimal architecture independent config for Apertis. It basically is the options that I understand are required for AppArmor, cgroups, iptables and systemd. It's broadly similar to your smallfrag, with a few settings that are hardware specific removed and some updated to reflect what's found in a newer kernel.
