Use "Developer Ready" further links to point to more practical guidance

The "further links" section under "Developer Ready" mainly points to the
high level areas of documentation rather than anything concrete. Switch
out some of the links to point to documentation that might be of direct
interest for a developer trying to get Apertis running with their
changes on their device.
