The test cases worked on the wiki by using mediawiki templating and
server side redirects. Since we no longer have this templating and a good
few more tests have been made obsolete since the redirects were setup,
lets replace them by using the previously setup redirect layout.

The tests were marked as obsolete if either the original templating marked
them as deprecated or the proposed URL returned 404 from qa.apertis.org.
