testcases: Ensure the arm64 OSTree tests show up in the report

Commit 1cd0f488 "lava: enable ostree tests for arm64" enabled the
tests in the profiles but unfortunately that's not enough to make them
show up in the reports on https://lavaphabbridge.apertis.org/ nor to
flag them for arm64 on https://qa.apertis.org/
