fix: path to repo "apertis-tests"

The path to git repository should be:
 https://gitlab.apertis.org/pkg/apertis-tests

otherwise LAVA throw an error:
 Infrastructure error: Unable to fetch git repository
 'https://gitlab.apertis.org/infrastructure/apertis-tests
