Backports from v2022dev0 (by way of v2020) to v2019

Same as !216 (merged) and !215 (merged) to some extent.

This backports some changes that are beneficial to the testcases for older releases:

• some improvements to the bluez testcases to discard unrelated warnings and add missing dependencies
• fixing the testcases to fetch test binaries from the right release-specific branch rather than from master
• increase some timeouts due to LAVA being particularly busy at times
• add back some videos that got lost when we originally moved away from the wiki
• use lightweight GitLab runners where possible
