Backport to v2019 the fix to ensure the LVDS screen is used on Sabrelite

Emanuele Aina requested to merge apertis/v2020pre into apertis/v2019-updates

Make sure we avoid the situation where no output is shown because the LCD is chosen. This affects trying to run mutter on the public images (internal images are not affected, they use a different kernel).
