Update from debian/bookworm for apertis/v2025dev2

Apertis CI robotrequested to merge
proposed-updates/debian/bookworm/ebf0c286 into apertis/v2025dev2

python3-svn is required to install rabbitvcs-core, rabbitvcs-cli and rabbitvcs-thunar.

Installing python3-svn is enough to make these rabbitvcs-* installable again, tested in v2025dev2 SDK.
