Draft: Update from debian/sid for apertis/v2025dev2

This MR synchronizes the pkg with Debian since the packaging was done first in Apertis then upstreamed to Debian.

And because optee-os and optee-client need to be in sync, this MR needs to be merged with optee-client!5 (closed)
