Release ne10 version 1.2.1-5+apertis2

Both Bullseye and Bookworm provide the same version of ne10:

dak ls

 ne10 | 1.2.1-5   | bullseye | source
 ne10 | 1.2.1-5   | bookworm | source

So, to re-import it in apertis, we just have to refresh the debian/apertis/copryight file.
