Disable the lcd interface

Sjoerd Simons requested to merge wip/sjoerd/martyns-patch into apertis/v2020pre

We do not use the lcd interface (not to be confused with the LVDS interface) in the supported configuration. Disable the lcd interface so that it's not presented as a viable option for Weston.
