We customized some steps from the main pipeline to ensure that
the `debian/control` file gets re-generated on the fly to reflect our
customizations like disabling some build flavors.

The customization has been problematic as it can go out of sync as it
indeed did with the recent changes in this repository, yielding errors
due to the sequence having changed, stages no longer matching, and
artifacts being saved in different locations.

With infrastructure/ci-package-builder!55 the special bits got folded
in the main pipeline, so we can drop the customization here.

The debian/control target in debian/rules isn't phony, so it's not
necessarily correctly triggered when running the rule on git checkout
(e.g. due to timestamps it can well be assumed up to date).

To work around that explicitly remove the control file on building the
source package so it always gets regenerated.

linux-latest tries to create binary package with a source version
matching the kernel version it refers to with its own source version
appended. For apertis usage each build should be unique (which OBS does
by adding a build suffix). So make sure to append that as well.

Note that this change assume GENCONTROL_ARGS is purely `-v<version>`.

The binnmu string for Apertis is always prefixed with bv20 (at least for
the next 80 or so years.) So use that the recognise the binnmu suffix.

The current one is wrong as it also detects the debian backports version
as binnmu.

Drop capturing downstream delta in files that would get re-generated anyway.

This handles the revert of the abiname change done in the kernel package with
https://gitlab.apertis.org/pkg/target/linux/merge_requests/8


since the original linux-support-4.19.0-6 is installed as a build-dep instead
of the linux-support-4.19.0-6co1 package which included the ABI bump.

The ABI of the Apertis kernel packages does not match the one of the Debian
ones due to different configuration options.

We now simply recognize that the two Apertis and Debian ABI do not really match
(binary kernel module compatibility is not a goal at the moment) and thus we
bump the ABI name in Apertis kernel packages.

As we bump the ABI name in Apertis kernel packages, we should also update
the same abiname in debian/rules.defs to match apertis kernel package.

After that, generated files are updated with:

    $ fakeroot debian/rules debian/control-real
