This somewhat aligns the git repository to what the 0.1706.0-0co2~1 package version has been doing on OBS since v2019dev0:

d040c2d6 examples: Disable the WebKitWebClutter-based example
4dd1d66f tests: Explicitly reference the Clutter libraries (the patch on OBS completely disabled the tests as well)

Fix build by disabling the Webkit Clutter example
