Fix build by disabling the Webkit Clutter example

Emanuele Aina requested to merge wip/em/disable-webkitclutter-example into apertis/v2020dev0

This somewhat aligns the git repository to what the 0.1706.0-0co2~1 package version has been doing on OBS since v2019dev0:

  • d040c2d6 examples: Disable the WebKitWebClutter-based example
  • 4dd1d66f tests: Explicitly reference the Clutter libraries (the patch on OBS completely disabled the tests as well)
