Merge updates from release v2023dev3

On target images cpio is use now provided by libarchive-cpio, and since it declares Provides: cpio there is no need to additional metadata in other packages. In this context, since package cpio-gplv2 does not longer exist, drop the reference to it without adding any mention to libarchive-cpio.
