Initramfs-tools can add the "drivers/power/avs/rockchip-io-domain.ko"
module to the initramfs since commit ded7214cbff ("hook-functions:
Handle dw_mmc-rockchip hidden dependency on rockchip-io-domain").
However, this module was renamed to "drivers/soc/rockchip/io-domain.ko"
as of Linux 5.10. Include the new name in the dependency list as well.

On target images cpio is use now provided by libarchive-cpio, and since
it declares `Provides: cpio` there is no need to additional metadata in
other packages. In this context, since package cpio-gplv2 does not
longer exist, drop the reference to it without adding any mention to
libarchive-cpio.

Previous versions or Aperits used an old coreutils-gplv2 which did not
support ln -r. After switching to rust-coreutils, ln -r is available,
which allows to drop this delta.

This also fixes issues with systems with not merged usr, like in LAVA
NFS image.

This shellcheck is actually an haskell program and licensed as GPL-3.
We don't want to bring GPL-3 package into :target and also don't want to
bring haskell from :sdk into :development. So that we choose to drop
shellcheck build-deps from this package.

We have cpio-gplv2 in target and cpio in development. This
initramfs-tools requires cpio-gplv2 in target and may use cpio if the
system is not only use taret repo.

Now that the `target` repository only ships an earlier, GPL-3-free version
of `cpio` provided by `cpio-gplv2`, the versioned dependency fails:
