Draft: Backport v2025 <- v2026dev1: ci-buildpackage: drop the use of wrap-and-sort

This was a workaround for odd nodes packages that apt was not able to parse. See infrastructure/apertis-docker-images@e954d2be

This workaround (leading to apt's failure to resolve dependencies) is no longer required since Bookworm: apt has been fixed with https://salsa.debian.org/apt-team/apt/-/merge_requests/167).

This change will be merged in v2026* through !94 (merged). Once sufficiently tested, we can merge this MR for v2025, then we can do the same for v2024.
