Add a script to update the upstream kernel
The script is based on insctructions at https://www.apertis.org/guides/buildingpatchingandmaintainingtheapertiskernel/#updating-the-kernel-from-an-upstream-stable-git-branch
It is created to be used by gitlab CI to update the upstream kernel.
