T8242: Include toolchain

Walter Lozano requested to merge wip/wlozano/toolchain into apertis/v2022pre

Include Apertis toolchain in the list of builds. In this way we build daily images and toolchains as it would be expected using the same identifier to correlate them.

This MR depends on apertis-toolchain!26 (merged)
