Apertis toolchain requires glibc version 2.41

Background

The Apertis toolchain in releases previous to v2026dev was able to handle glibc version older than the one in v2026. However, this situation changed after commit which drops the force of glibc version to avoid build failures.

It is not clear if this is still needed, so part of this task is to analyze the requirements to apply the proper support.
