Invetigate appamor failing appamor tests on LAVA

Background

After the work done in #859 (closed) some tests were disabled to allow the testcase to be useful, at least to check for regressions.

This task is about investigate the failing tests and fix the relevant ones.

Reproducibility

How often the issue is hit when repeating the steps to reproduce and changing nothing?

Put the ✅ in the most appropriate entry:

1. ✅ always
2. often, but not always
3. rarely

Impact of bug

This issue causes that not all the expected tests can be run.
