Wrong "Copyright: no-info-found." data updated on scan report

Steps to verify the issue

• Open the dash board for package deb5.3
• Observe the license data reported warning and info
• Click on any release branch
• Open debian/apertis/copyright file

Expected result

Scan report for each file updated correctly.

Actual result

For lang/hsearch/hsearch.c file has the copyright details, still it shows Copyright: no-info-found data on scan report.
