ci-license-scan hangs on u-boot

Background

During the rebase, while running license check on u-boot, the job license scan hangs forever, leading to job timeout.

pkg/u-boot!124 (merged)

A quick check showed that scan-copyrights seems to work as expected, so further investigation is needed.
