Package centric testing metadata should include URL

Background

Package centric testing relies on in information available in other repositories, like apertis-test-cases. However, downstreams can have different instances for apertis-test-cases with different image repositories and supported boards. In this context, the metadata in the package should allow developers to specify the URL for apertis-test-cases.

How often the issue is hit when repeating the test and changing nothing (same device, same image, etc.)?
