Docker fails to boot fakemachine with the UML backend

Background

Some tests are run to verify that the UML backend is working, for backward compatibility. It seems like the backend is not working anymore on v2024dev2.

The fakemachine suddenly stops during (or after, TBD) systemd services are started.

No systemd or any other process shows error messages. dmesg may not be shown in the end.

UML was mismerged causing https://gitlab.apertis.org/pkg/user-mode-linux/-/blob/apertis/v2024dev2/debian/patches/Revert-um-Monitor-error-events-in-IRQ-controller.patch to not actually be applied.

This meant we got #24 (closed) back, which was orignally fixed by this patch pkg/user-mode-linux!8 (merged)
