apt-get crashes during the build-source job of the eckit package

Affected images versions

• not relevant, this bug affects our ci-package-builder pipeline.

Steps to reproduce

• Run a new pipeline on the v2024dev2 branch of eckit.

Expected result

• build-source job should succeed.

Actual result

• build-source job fails with:

+ apt-get -qy -o APT::Get::Build-Dep-Automatic=yes -o Acquire::http::Pipeline-Depth=0 build-dep /builds/pkg/eckit
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::length_error'
  what():  basic_string::_M_create
Aborted (core dumped)

Reproducibility

How often the issue is hit when repeating the test and changing nothing (same device, same image, etc.)?

Put the ✅ in the most appropriate entry:

This bug is blocking the rebase since we cannot rebase eckit.
