Steps to reproduce
As described in T7754 apply the following configuration
$ ls -l /etc/resolv.conf
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 37 Mar 5 20:55 /etc/resolv.conf -> /run/systemd/resolve/stub-resolv.conf
$ cat /etc/systemd/resolved.conf

Expected result
Name resolution should be performed without issues.
Actual result
When DNS over TLS is enabled resolution does not work.
Logs from systemd-resolve are attached.
Impact of bug
Due to this bug DNS over TLS is not usable on systemd-resolve. However, this feature in not enabled by default.
